We are seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead the setup and configuration of payroll systems for our clients. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their payroll requirements, configuring payroll software, conducting testing, and providing training to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processes and experience with payroll software implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of payroll systems for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
• Configure payroll software to meet client needs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct testing of payroll systems to ensure accuracy and functionality before going live.
• Provide training and support to clients and end-users on the new payroll system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues that arise during the implementation process.
Required Skills:
