Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious OHS Sales Representative to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with approximately 3 years of sales experience who is looking to grow within the occupational health and safety industry and eventually build and lead their own sales team.The successful candidate will focus on business development, client relationship management, and promoting OHS-related products and services to a wide range of industries. A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are essential for this role due to regular client visits and travel requirements.
All business-related travel costs will be covered by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote and sell OHS products and services
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and consultations
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance objectives
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with management on sales growth strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Assist in growing and mentoring future sales team members as the business expands

 
Minimum Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of external sales experience
• Previous experience within OHS, PPE, industrial, technical, or related industries is advantageous, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ambitious with leadership potential
• Ability to work independently and manage own client base
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
• Willingness to travel to clients regularly
