Well Known Agriculture Company based in Pretoria seeks Financail Manager to join their Team 

Financial Management & Accounting

• Manage the end‑to‑end accounting process for the Corporate Division, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely close


• Oversee general ledger integrity, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly journals


• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards


• Prepare and review monthly management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.

Management Reporting & Analysis

• Produce monthly corporate management reports, including commentary on cost drivers, trends, and risks;


• Support senior management with budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections;


• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic and funding decisions; and


• Monitor and analyse cash flows, working capital, and cost efficiency across corporate functions.

Treasury, Cash Flow & Group Funding

• Oversee corporate cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, and funding requirements


• Support the management of group loans, funding facilities, intercompany funding, and related compliance


• Ensure compliance with relevant funding covenants.

Statutory, Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS


• Manage all corporate tax compliance, including income tax, provisional tax, VAT, dividends tax, and deferred tax calculations


• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, including CIPC annual returns and compliance with the Companies Act


• Maintain compliance across financial, tax, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the group.

Audit & Governance

• Manage the external audit process, acting as the primary liaison with auditors;


• Prepare audit packs, technical analysis, and supporting documentation to ensure efficient and timely audits


• Maintain strong internal controls, reviewing and enhancing financial processes where needed


• Drive continuous improvement and automation of finance systems and workflows.

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead and manage the Corporate Finance team


• Allocate responsibilities, set performance expectations, and ensure clear role accountability


• Review work output to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and compliance standards are consistently met


• Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance feedback


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration


• Manage workload planning, capacity, and succession within the team


• Act as a key escalation point for financial matters impacting the Corporate Division


• Drive alignment between finance, operational teams, and executive management.
