In this role, you will lead the full finance function, where you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and group financial reporting, as well as presenting monthly financial results. This role also includes managing the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements, overseeing cash flow, and optimising pricing, costing structures, and commission models. Your expertise in financial strategy, team leadership, and financial regulations will be essential in ensuring accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and sustained business growth.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess a solid background in financial management and reporting, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. A CA(SA) qualification is highly preferred, with CIMA also considered, along with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. Proven experience in managing finance teams, coupled with strong knowledge of statutory requirements, is essential.
