JUNIOR RETAIL STORE MANAGER

GRABOUW, WESTERN CAPE

Requirements:

·        Grade 12 qualification with minimum 3 years’ retail sales experience, including supervisory experience within a retail store environment.

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members.

·        Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and retail operating systems.

·        Strong leadership potential with the ability to work well under pressure.

·        Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

·        Passion for customer service and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist the Store Manager with the daily management and operation of the retail store.

·        Support sales growth and ensure operational excellence within the store.

·        Assist with stock control, promotions, merchandising, and inventory management.

·        Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.

·        Supervise and motivate staff while promoting teamwork and productivity.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

·        Assist with budgeting, controls, and achieving financial targets.

·        Support digital and administrative processes to ensure efficient store operations.

·        Maintain high standards of store presentation and brand image.
