The leading shipping logistics company, in ATLANTIS is actively seeking to hire Warehouse Administrators to join our Warehouse Operations Team and to commence employment, immediately.

Core Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Fulfilment: Plan shipments, process invoices, and track orders from dispatch to final delivery.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, process stock receipts/dispatches, and investigate stock variances.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare bills of lading, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Update warehouse management software and generate daily or weekly reports.

Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers, transport carriers, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers, and internal warehouse staff.

Candidate Requirements

Requirement qualifications.

Basic Education: A National Senior Certificate (Matric / High School Diploma) is strictly essential,

Additionally, but not necessary.

Higher Education: A tertiary qualification (Diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is highly advantageous for career progression.

Experience: Generally, requires 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative role.

Warehouse administration experience
Strong Excel skills
SAP experience
Stock/inventory management experience
Good communication and organisational skills
