- Team Leadership: Manage pickers and fulfilment staff, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and tracking daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Tech & Systems: Track performance metrics, monitor online software, and ensure the team is equipped with working digital devices (scanners, tablets).

Educational Qualifications
· Minimum Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent (like a Matric in South Africa) is the minimum entry requirement.
· Preferred Education: A post-secondary qualification—such as a National Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Logistics—is highly advantageous and preferred by many larger retailers.
· Experience: Generally requires 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, or e-commerce.
Essential Skills
· Digital Literacy: Strong proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and email.
· Leadership & Coaching: Ability to train staff, motivate a team, and enforce workplace standards.
