A Well established company in Cape Town is looking for an Operations Manager (Food Industry).    

Qualification:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in the restaurant / food industry 
• Restaurant experience is preferred
• Experience in Hr – Managing Disciplinaries and other Hr related issues – just basic understanding as the HR Lady would do this
• Meticulous with great attention to detail
• Experience supervising staff  
• The successful candidate would need to be able to work independently
• Ability to Multitask
• Excellent Time management skills
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
• Have excellent communications skills
