This role requires a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple sites while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple construction sites simultaneously
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, programme, and quality standards
• Manage contractual and commercial aspects of projects
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders
• Monitor construction programming, cost reporting, and project performance
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality management standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting
• Manage project risks, claims, and dispute resolution processes
