A well-established firm is seeking a professional and well-organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team.

This role involves not only reception duties, but also administrative support within the Insolvency Department. Full training will be provided

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate
Previous reception or administrative experience will be advantageous
Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional and friendly personality
Well-presented, organised and detail-oriented
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling reception and incoming telephone calls
General administrative support
Assisting with administration within the Insolvency Department
File management and document handling
Scheduling and general office administration
