Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities:

Operational & Team Management

·        Manage 1 to 10 teams across designated regions

·        Schedule daily appointments and allocate teams according to workload and location

·        Monitor team punctuality and ensure all appointments are attended on time

·        Oversee completion of daily tasks and verify that work meets required standards

·        Ensure all teams upload required documentation, photos, and job‑completion evidence on relevant applications

Administration & Systems

·        Maintain accurate records of appointments, job progress, and team performance

·        Work confidently on Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management

·        Use Outlook for scheduling, communication, and coordination

·        Operate various customer‑specific applications for job updates, submissions, and workflow management

·        Ensure all digital documentation is correctly captured, stored, and submitted

Customer & Communication

·        Engage professionally with customers and provide clear updates on job progress

·        Handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships

·        Communicate daily with teams to ensure clarity on tasks, expectations, and deadlines
