Renault Cape Town Multi-franchise is seeking a motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Representative to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience (motor industry preferred)
• Proven sales track record and target achievement
• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Social media and digital marketing knowledge advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell new vehicles and achieve monthly sales targets
• Prospect for new customers and maintain existing relationships
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Conduct vehicle handovers
• Promote vehicles through social media and digital platforms
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-focused, professional, adaptable, and driven to succeed.
A basic salary and commission structure is offered, providing excellent earning potential for the right candidate.
