Executive Administrator – Management Office(Helderkruin, Roodepoort)Role OverviewProvide high-level administrative and operational support to executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. The role requires strong organisation, professionalism, confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Minimum requirements:

5–8 years’ admin experience in a corporate environment
Experience supporting senior executives / ExCo - Working closely with top management and senior executives
Security industry experience is beneficial

Main Duties

Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel and logistics
Take minutes, track actions and maintain records
Coordinate executive meetings and governance schedules
Assist during urgent or crisis situations
Provide general executive office and customer support

Key Skills

Strong executive administration and coordination
Excellent communication and business writing
Professional and discreet with confidential information
Advanced MS Office, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
