Retail Store Manager – Luxury RetailLocation: SandtonEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: R15 000 – R25 000 basic salary negotiable based on experience + commission on salesJob OverviewSeeking an experienced Retail Store Manager with a background in luxury retail sales. Previous experience within watches and jewellery would be highly advantageous, however candidates from other premium or high-end retail environments will also be considered.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily retail operations, overseeing administration, and leading the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager within a luxury or high-end retail environment
Watches and jewellery industry experience advantageous
Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach
Excellent retail administration skills
Experience with:
- Stock control
- POS systems
- Retail reporting
- Daily store operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
Professional presentation and communication skills

Working Hours

Retail trading hours across 7 days a week
One day off per week
One full weekend off per month
During the weekend-off week, no additional weekday off applies

Remuneration

Basic salary between R15 000 – R25 000 negotiable based on experience
Commission on sales
