Candidate Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year bookkeeping experience
• Experienced in Trial Balance

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric 
• Bookkeeping certification (Certificate or Diploma)
• Studying towards an Accounting qualification – preferable (B.COM)
• Must have solid working knowledge of relevant computer applications. – Pastel Software skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis 

Skills:

• Bookkeeper to Trial Balance skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to plan and organise
• Ability to work independently 
• English Language - Excellent Reading, Writing, Speaking
