One of our logistics clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to manage their team in Johannesburg.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
5+ years of experience in operations management within freight forwarding, logistics, or customs clearing.
Multimodal experience (road, sea, and air freight) – essential.
Strong knowledge of customs clearing and documentation processes.
Experience with abnormal freight, heavy machinery, or project cargo (advantageous).
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, P&L management).
