Opportunity Alert: US Healthcare Support Roles — Now Hiring!

 Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Services Advisor.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from members, healthcare providers, brokers with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing clear, helpful information with regards to health care.
  • Meeting personal and team performance targets
  • Growing your skills – with potential for further training on more complex queries

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent Call Center experience. (USA campaign experience is imperative)
  • An understanding and experience of types of health insurance plans in the US delivery system, claims, billing is advantageous
  • Ability to handle assigned projects from start to successful completion including appropriate follow-up and documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, patience, maturity, empathy, tact and diplomacy.

Work Times:

US hours (Must be able to work flexible shifts)
