We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in used vehicles, responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in a competitive market. Your primary focus will be on identifying customer needs, showcasing our diverse inventory, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales of used vehicles.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget, offering tailored recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers while adhering to company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with inventory levels, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and events to attract new customers.
- Provide accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback to management.

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Demonstrable experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling used vehicles or in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive financing and leasing options.
- Certification in sales or customer service training would be advantageous.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
