- Developing and executing quarterly and monthly regional marketing plans aligned to revenue, profitability and brand objectives.
- Owning the end-to-end campaign process across ATL, Digital and Trade Marketing for all SADC & West Africa markets.
- Acting as the central marketing lead responsible for briefing, approving and tracking all campaigns across every channel.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration between Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce, Commercial and Finance teams.
- Driving regional ATL strategy including media planning, agency management and BDF/POA processes.
- Ensuring all customer-facing communication complies with Apple and iStore brand standards.
- Managing regional marketing budgets, reconciliations, supplier processes and commercial reporting.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with Apple, telco partners, agencies, influencers and key external stakeholders.
- Overseeing campaign reporting, performance analysis and ROI measurement across all channels.
- Driving locally relevant marketing activity while maintaining a consistent premium brand experience across all markets.
- Leading, coaching and developing direct reports while embedding company values and accountability.
- 8–10+ years’ experience in senior marketing leadership roles within retail, technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics or agency environments.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, Digital and Trade Marketing channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and campaign ROI.
- Experience working across multiple African markets or emerging markets environments highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of media planning, ecommerce marketing, retail activations, customer experience and brand management.
- Experience managing agencies, external vendors and strategic partnerships.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with premium global brands and strict brand-governance frameworks advantageous.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability with experience managing budgets and reconciliations.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- On-time delivery and execution of all regional campaigns.
- Measurable sales uplift and commercial impact from marketing activity.
- Full alignment and visibility across ATL, Digital and Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Consistent compliance with Apple and iStore brand standards.
- Strong stakeholder satisfaction across internal and external partners.
- Effective budget management and operational governance.
- Delivery of a premium, locally relevant customer experience across all SADC & West Africa markets.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly strategic marketing leader to take ownership of the iStore brand across SADC and West Africa. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for leading and orchestrating all regional marketing activity across ATL, Digital and Trade Marketing channels — ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, flawlessly executed and commercially impactful.
This is a high-accountability leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail and technology environments, understands how to balance brand excellence with commercial performance, and can confidently coordinate multiple stakeholders, markets and agency partners across the continent.
