What You’ll Be Leading

• End-to-end internal audit engagements across multiple business areas
• Risk assessments, audit planning, testing, and reporting
• Integrated audits focused on operational processes and controls
• Strategic project reviews, governance evaluations, and risk analysis
• Stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and management teams
• Guidance, coaching, and review of junior auditors’ work
• Identification of process improvements and control enhancements

Experience & Qualifications

• BCom / BCom Honours or relevant Internal Auditing qualification
• CFE preferred or in progress
• 3–6 years’ Internal Auditing experience from short term insurance or financial services industries 
• Minimum 2 years in a Senior Auditor capacity
• Experience in governance, risk, and compliance environments
• Strong understanding of IIA standards and methodologies
• Knowledge of short-term insurance advantageous
• Experience with audit tools such as IDEA and GRC
• Strong MS Office proficiency
