An Accounting, Taxation and Advisory Services company are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretary / Corporate Administrator with strong knowledge of South African corporate compliance and statutory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Company Secretarial or Corporate Administration role.
Strong working knowledge of:
- CIPC procedures and systems
- South African Companies Act
- Trust administration
- GreatSoft
- WinDeed
- SearchWorks
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within an accounting, legal, or corporate services environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and processes will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SARS eFiling and compliance processes will be advantageous.

Candidate Requirements
Responsibilities
- Handle all CIPC filings and compliance requirements, including:
- Company registrations
- Director amendments
- Annual returns
- Beneficial ownership submissions
- Name changes and deregistrations
- Ensure compliance with the South African Companies Act and related regulations.
- Prepare and maintain company resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents.
- Administer trusts, including trust registrations, amendments, resolutions, and record maintenance.
- Conduct company, director, and property searches using SearchWorks and related platforms.
- Utilize GreatSoft and WinDeed systems efficiently for administrative and compliance functions.
- Draft professional correspondence and legal/compliance documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal professionals.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support.
