Introduction

We are looking for a highly energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of marketing campaigns — from concept through to execution — with a strong focus on social media and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and execute creative marketing campaigns
Manage and grow all social media platforms with engaging, high-quality content
Design compelling marketing material using Canva (non-negotiable)
Plan and coordinate promotional activities, activations, and events
Create, edit, and proofread marketing content
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities
Track and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
Compile reports and insights from Google Ads and website analytics (managed by external partners)
Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
Drive internal marketing initiatives and contribute to company culture
Assist in managing relationships with external marketing providers
Take full ownership of campaigns and ensure delivery against objectives

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role (essential)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
Proficiency in Canva (essential – applications without this will not be considered)
Solid knowledge of marketing principles, analytics, and reporting
Experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or similar (advantageous)
