Our client, an established company in the fruit industry and based in Somerset West, currently has an opportunity available for an analytical and detail-oriented team player with strong financial and administrative skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Processing and posting receipts against debtors on a weekly basis *Handling sales and shipper invoices *Capturing and updating pricing as per purchase orders *Preparing and distributing reports on outstanding pricing *Capturing and processing creditors *Preparing cost reports and related reconciliations *Processing cost entries and maintaining accurate financial records *Preparing reconciled creditor lists *Assisting with monthly general ledger tasks *Managing packaging material orders and related bookkeeping functions *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• BCom Accounting degree or similar qualification;
• Recently completed, or in process of completing, SAICA or SAIPA articles, OR;
• 5 years’ relevant experience;
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel;
• Experience working on Xero;
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Own reliable transport.
