Production Pr.QS / Quantity Surveyor (Insurance Experience)Salary: Market-related salary package based on qualifications and experienceLocation: CenturionEmployment Type: PermanentJob PurposeSeeking an experienced Production Pr.QS or Quantity Surveyor with insurance industry exposure to manage costing, claims, valuations, and commercial aspects of construction and insurance-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, valuations, and project cost reports
• Manage insurance-related claims, assessments, and project costing
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control processes
• Liaise with clients, insurers, contractors, and project teams
• Review contracts and ensure commercial compliance
• Conduct site visits and assist with project evaluations
• Support tendering and procurement processes

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
• Pr.QS registration advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying
• Experience within insurance-related construction projects essential
• Strong understanding of costing, claims, and contract administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software
• Valid driver’s license
