Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
