Our client in the retail industry is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Agent to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing excellent service, and supporting daily administrative and CRM functions.Key Responsibilities: Handle telephonic, online, and CRM-related customer enquiriesProvide product, pricing, and general information to clientsFollow up on internal and external queries and provide feedbackLog and track enquiries accuratelyAssist with reception and administrative duties when requiredSupport the Sales and CRM teams to achieve common objectivesGeneral typing, filing, and record keepingBe available to work after hours or weekends when necessary

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Previous customer service experience will be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Valid driver’s license
