As a Senior Industrial Engineering Consultant, you will provide technical solutions and services to clients within mining and other capital-intensive industries. Using a range of industrial engineering toolkits such as data analysis, simulation modelling, business case modelling, process optimisation, and systems thinking, you will address complex challenges and support informed decision-making. The role requires proficiency in at least one of these core service areas, with a willingness to develop expertise across additional areas to become a well-rounded consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to senior leadership within the Industrial Engineering function and execute project deliverables
• Deliver customized solutions as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with departments such as mining, geology, metallurgy, and project management to ensure holistic project execution
• Lead client engagements to ensure technical excellence and high levels of client satisfaction
• Utilize established templates and technical models to solve project challenges and support decision-making
• Facilitate client workshops and actively engage with stakeholders within the client environment
• Prepare and document reports as part of final consulting deliverables
• Travel to client sites as required
