A Finance Consulting Firm is looking for a Administrative Assistant.
Qualification:
· Grade 12 – a relevant qualification will be advantageous
· Previous administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or financial environment
· Good computer skills (MS Office)
· Strong attention to detail
· Organised and self‑motivated
· Good communication skills
· Knowledge of CIPC, SARS and e‑Filing
Candidate Requirements
General Responsibilities:
· General office administration and document management
· Handling telephone calls and correspondence
· Data capturing and maintenance of client records
· Administrative support with financial documents and reports
· Handling SARS correspondence
