HVAC Technician - GeorgeWe are on a recruitment drive for a dynamic, hands-on and self-motivated HVAC technician for a 5* Leading Hotel of the World.The ideal candidate must have energy, work well within a team and have a passion for service industry.Key duties include but not limited to:Responsible for the installation and maintenance of all air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment on-siteCarry out compliance testing as per manufacturer specsPlan, allocate and oversee any work carried out by contractorsEnsure a high standard of workmanship at all timesAssist Tech Manager to ensure maximum efficiencyAssist with Pool attendant with minor pool maintenance if and when neededGeneral maintenance dutiesAssist plumber as and when required

Qualification

Minimum qualification Grade 12 OR equivalent and recognized apprenticeship certification as a qualified HVAC technician
2 years working experience as a handman in a resort and electrical environment
Valid drivers licence
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
