Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• BSc or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction QS roles
• Experience on secure, heritage, or government projects is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of SMM7, JBCC, and NEC contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software (e.g. WinQS, CCS Candy)
• Valid driver’s license
• Someone with proven proficiency in handling Cost Price Adjustments (CPAP) for both local and international markets.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in HVAC or shelving installations
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cost packages
