Our client is a highly respected Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy firm supporting major projects across the commercial, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, and energy sectors.

Requirements:

·        Must have between 2 to 8 years’ experience working on mining projects within a consulting environment.

·        Education: BSc / BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying or Construction Studies

·        Proficiency in WinQS / DimX.

·        Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

·        Preparing estimates of construction costs

·        Measurement of building quantities for bill preparation and final accounts

·        Drafting Bills of Quantities

·        Site visits and site measurements

·        Preparing valuations for issue of interim payment certificates

·        Assisting with cost management of construction projects

·        Preparing and concluding final accounts
