CONVEYANCERLocated: TygervalleyA well-established and reputable law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer with strong expertise in property developments to join their team. The firm is known for handling large-scale residential and commercial development projects and offers a professional, growth-oriented environmentManaging all conveyancing transactions relating to property developments, including sectional title and township registrationsOverseeing bulk transfers from instruction to registrationLiaising with developers, financial institutions, municipalities, and regulatory authoritiesDrafting and reviewing development-related agreements and transfer documentationEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation and conveyancing regulationsMonitoring progress at deeds offices and ensuring timely lodgement and registrationProviding support and guidance to junior staff within the developments department

Minimum requirements:

• Admitted Conveyancer with a valid practicing certificate
• 3–5 years’ experience within a developments department
• Proven expertise in sectional title schemes, township establishment, and bulk transfers
• Strong knowledge of deeds office procedures and property law
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
