Minimum requirements:

Fully Bilingual
Manage end-to-end seafreight import and export shipments from booking to final delivery
Arrange bookings with shipping lines and monitor vessel schedules and routing
Coordinate cargo collections, container movements, and deliveries with transporters and depots
Prepare and process shipping documentation (MBL/HBL, invoices, packing lists, clearing instructions)
Liaise with clearing agents to ensure efficient customs clearance and compliance (customs regulations & Incoterms)
Track shipments and proactively manage delays, transshipments, and schedule changes
Act as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving queries
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
Manage cargo release and final delivery
Handle costings, estimates, invoicing, and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate system updates and shipment records (e.g. CargoWise)
Ensure file profitability and cost control
Resolve operational issues (customs holds, documentation errors, damaged/delayed cargo)
Support team efficiency and assist junior staff where required
