Receptionist Brooklyn, PretoriaSalary: R11,000 – R13,000 CTC

A well-established law firm is looking for a professional, well-presented Receptionist with strong client service skills and legal environment experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
2+ years’ reception experience within a law firm
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
Own reliable transport
Willing to work overtime when required

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

Manage front desk operations and professionally assist clients (in-person & telephonic)
Handle bookings and ensure boardroom neatness and readiness
Perform general administrative duties accurately and efficiently
Deliver excellent client service with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Maintain professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude under pressure
Take clear, concise messages and manage workflow effectively
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Work collaboratively within a team while meeting deadlines and following procedures
