Lodge ManagerA luxury 5-star lodge is looking for an experienced and passionate Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of the property. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth lodge operations, and strong team leadership while maintaining the highest hospitality standards. The kind of person who can handle guest expectations, staff coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day lodge operations and guest experienceLead and support lodge staff to maintain exceptional service standardsCoordinate lodge logistics, activities, and operational planningEnsure smooth communication between departmentsOversee financial best practices and operational efficiencyManage booking channels and lodge management systemsMaintain high standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or Leadership
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a luxury 5-star lodge
Strong background in lodge operations and hospitality service standards
Experience with up-selling and cross-selling strategies
Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Valid Driver’s License
