Job PurposeOur client based in the heart of George, is on a recruitment drive for an Operations / Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be required to lead and manage both sales and operational functions of the business, ensuring profitability, efficient day-to-day operations, and exceptional customer service across the retail store and workshop. Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Proven experience in retail, sales, or operations management
• Experience in machinery, hardware, or equipment sales (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and reports
• Computer literacy (POS systems, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)
