We are currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

· Team Leadership & Oversight

o Final responsibility for audit quality and completion.

o Overall management of the audit team and workflow.

o Final allocation of work and staff capacity decisions within their audit team.

o Final review and sign-off responsibilities.

· Audit & Client Decisions

o Determine audit approach and testing strategy on clients within their portfolio.

o Handle complex technical matters and significant risk areas.

o Manage client relationships and communication.

o Address escalations, disputes, and unresolved staff concerns.

· Staff Management

o Performance management and development of staff.

o Delegation of responsibilities.

o Training oversight and coaching

· Operational Management

o Deadline management and resource planning.

o Approval of workflow allocations and priority changes.

o Oversight of planning, budgeting, and engagement progress.
