A young Swiss-owned company are looking for driven Sales Account Managers to join their fast-growing, international SaaS company. This is a fully remote role based in Cape Town, focusing on outbound B2B sales within European markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads via proactive outreach and email marketing.

• Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of your sales funnel using Salesforce.

• Sales Execution: Present value propositions, negotiate terms, and close transactions.

• Strategy: Determine lead development paths or internal escalations.

• Growth: Commit to continuous personal development and skill-building.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in outbound sales or call center environments (favourable).

• Technical Skills: Proven ability to qualify and close deals; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

• Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in a European language (German, French, etc.) is highly advantageous.

• Industry Knowledge: Background in Sales or Enterprise Software is beneficial.
