An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Financial Manager to lead its finance function and support business growth through sound financial management and commercial insight.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
✅ Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA, or equivalent) advantageous
✅ Minimum 5-8 years' relevant financial management experience
✅ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
✅ Experience managing a finance team
✅ Advanced Excel skills
✅ Experience working with ERP/accounting systems
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
