Minimum Requirements

• Interest in Marketing, PR, or the Property industry
• Relevant Marketing/PR qualification or experience (advantageous)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and willingness to learn new systems
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools such as Canva
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (advantageous) 

Key Responsibilities

• Support and grow client and partner relationships
• Plan and coordinate events, training sessions, and networking initiatives
• Assist with the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Manage CRM updates, reporting, and engagement tracking
• Handle communications, including email marketing and inbox support
• Provide direct support to the CEO, including diary management, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
• Manage social media platforms (content planning, scheduling, and posting)
• Create basic marketing content using tools such as Canva
