Key Responsibilities

Group Accommodation Management

• Manage all enquiries, bookings, and coordination for visiting groups
• Oversee catering, cleaning, room allocation, and room setup logistics
• Conduct daily on-site check-ins with clients and suppliers
• Manage group check-ins and check-outs, including entry and exit inspections
• Act as the on-call contact for the duration of group stays
• Coordinate all client and supplier communication, contracting, and billing processes
• Monitor and enforce accommodation rules, addressing any issues or disputes
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting for each group

Maintenance Coordination

• Perform basic in-house maintenance (e.g. light bulb changes, etc)
• Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair workflows
• Inspect completed maintenance work
• Manage access to accommodation units
• Ensure financial processes and approvals are adhered to

Student Accommodation Support

• Assist with applications, approvals, and room allocations
• Coordinate logistics with relevant residence stakeholders
• Support inspections and maintenance reporting
• Participate in after-hours standby support

General

• Provide operational support as required by the Division Head
