We’re looking for an energetic individual who is adept at working with various CRM tools. The ideal candidate is able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic enviroment. Key Responsibilities:

Support our CRM systems to keep sales operations running smoothly.
Assist upper management with real-time agent performance tracking and reports.
Ensure data accuracy, dashboard updates, and tech support for team tools.
Work closely with team leads and agents to drive performance and engagement.

Candidate Requirements

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

Technological knowledge and skills (tech saavy)
Strong Excel skills – including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reporting.
Matric required; studies in Business, IT, or Finance are a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Comfortable and flexible with working varied shifts and 6 days per week.
Immediate availability is preferred
MUST have your own car/vehicle for transport to/from Seapoint at various hours (day and night shifts)
