1. Role Summary
We are looking for a disciplined and results-driven woman Sales Representative to expand our wholesale market in Gauteng. The candidate will be a formal employee of the company, focusing on new business development while adhering to strict company pricing and transparency protocols.
2. Probation Period & Performance Targets
Initial Probation: The first three (3) months serve as a mandatory probation period.
Onboarding Portfolio: To facilitate a smooth start and build momentum, the company will assign a small number of existing active clients to the representative.
Core Focus: While this initial support is provided for training, the primary responsibility is new business development. All new clients sourced remain the exclusive property of the company.
Target Requirement: A minimum average monthly turnover of R150,000 is required during the probation period.
First six month: If the monthly average of R150,000 is not met during the first six months, and the sales employee does not provide a valid reason, the employment contract will be reviewed or terminated.
Contract Renewal: Upon successful completion of the first six mount, the employment contract will be reviewed and renewed based on performance.
3. Long-Term Commission Structure (Post-Probation)
Tier 1 (Target Met): 2% commission on turnover (Excl. VAT) when the monthly target of R150,000 is achieved.
3% commission on turnover (Excl. VAT) when the monthly target of R151,000 - R499,000 is achieved.
4% commission on turnover (Excl. VAT) when the monthly target of R500,000 - R749,999 is achieved.
5% commission on turnover (Excl. VAT) when the monthly target of R750,000 - R 1,000,000 is achieved. If the monthly turnover is more than R1,100,000 so commission will be 6%
Performance Clause: If the representative is permitted to fall below the target for a maximum of three (3) months within a calendar year, and fails to provide a valid reason or demonstrate the required performance, the employment contract will be reviewed by the company and, if deemed necessary, terminated.
4. Operational Requirements & Expenses
Equipment: Must own a reliable vehicle and a laptop. The company will provide the mobile phone and SIM card, which will remain the property of the company.
Expenses: Due to the high commission earning potential, the employee is responsible for all operational costs — including fuel, vehicle maintenance, and communication/data expenses. The company will only provide a monthly allowance of R1,250 for fuel and R250 for communication expenses, totalling R1,500 in support. In addition, since the employee uses their own vehicle, the company will provide a maintenance allowance of R1,500 twice a year (every six months). All other vehicle-related expenses and maintenance remain the responsibility of the sales representative, with the company only contributing the specified biannual support.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for order processing and reporting.
5. Compliance, Pricing & Customer Ownership
Customer Ownership: All clients sourced by the employee are the sole property of the company. Complete client data must be shared and updated regularly.
Direct Interaction: The company reserves the right to contact any client directly. The business owner will also conduct monthly joint site visits with the representative.
Pricing & Discounts: All sales must strictly follow the official company price list. No unauthorized discounts or side-deals are permitted.
New Accounts: All potential clients must complete a Credit Application Form. Final approval for credit terms or 30-day accounts rests solely with the company management. Transparency: All transactions must be transparent, and commission is only payable upon successful receipt of payment from the client.
6.Growth & Performance Commitment
Sales Growth Guarantee: The successful candidate must strive to demonstrate a commitment to consistent monthly and annual sales growth. Standing still is not an option; we are seeking a professional who aims to expand the territory aggressively.
Six-Month Review: The company will review the sales trajectory after six (6) months. If the sales figures remain stagnant and do not show a clear upward trend (a minimum increase of 7--10% is required), the company reserves the right to review the contract and, if deemed necessary, terminate employment.
7.Merchandising & Inventory Management
Shelf Maintenance: For every client visit, the representative is responsible for inspecting the shelves/aisles where our products are displayed. They must ensure that all company products are neatly organized, properly faced, and prominently visible.
Stock Analysis: Sales must be conducted based on an active assessment of the client’s current inventory levels. The representative must ensure the client is neither overstocked nor understocked, maintaining an optimal product flow.
Order Validation: Every order taken must be confirmed in writing by the customer at the time of the sale. Once confirmed, the formal order must be transmitted to the office immediately for processing.
8. Financial Terms & Tax Responsibility
Gross Payment: The company will pay a Net Basic Salary of R9,000 plus earned commissions. Commission will be pay every end of month from received payments. If the customer did not pay, commission will not be pay. Commission shall be calculated based on the total amount excluding VAT. No commission shall be charged on the VAT portion of the invoice.

The company accepts no liability in this regard.
