Join a close-knit finance team in the healthcare and wellness sector where you will take ownership of key reconciliations, payment preparation and fixed asset support in a group environment.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a strong accountant who enjoys team collaboration and modern systems.

Minimum Requirements:
BCom in Finance or Accounting
3 or more years of experience in a financial accounting role
Strong Excel and Acumatica experience
Strong reconciliations experience across cash, card and EFT
Solid understanding of debits and credits
Experience working to balance sheet level
Able to work accurately, meet deadlines and contribute in a team
Reliable, adaptable, disciplined and a good communicator
Experience with fixed assets, intercompany accounts and payroll support preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily and monthly reconciliations across cash, card and EFT collections
Prepare bank uploads and support bank processing
Compile payment lists from accounts payable ageing
Maintain and update the fixed asset register
Process journals and assist with general accounting functions
Assist with intercompany accounting and reconciliations across a group structure
Support bookkeeping and accounting functions to balance sheet level
Provide payroll support as backup when required
Support month-end and year-end activities
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
Provide ad hoc financial and administrative support to the finance team
