Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business is advantageous
2 to 5 years of experience in an area, field or external sales role
MS Office and CRM system experience
Valid driver’s licence, own reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance
Home office set up required, and able to travel extensively across Johannesburg
Experience in FMCG, skincare, beauty or retail distribution
Planogram, merchandising and in-store execution experience preferred
Able to train and influence in-store staff on products
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive attitude

Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across the assigned region
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, consultants, store staff and area managers
Conduct regular store visits to grow sales, support execution and maintain service levels
Ensure correct product placement, visibility, merchandising and planogram execution in store
Support product launches, promotions, campaigns and activations
Provide product training and guidance to in-store staff
Run and support incentive initiatives to encourage product sell-through
Monitor stock movement and escalate supply or stock concerns to head office
Resolve customer queries and service issues professionally and efficiently
Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends
Maintain accurate records and submit weekly and monthly reports
Work closely with marketing, finance and logistics teams
Support events and weekend activations when required
Complete any other reasonable duties required by management
