Debtors ClerkGauteng, SandtonR23 000 - R25 000 CTC + Provident Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Debtors Clerk to join their team

Minimum requirements:

Proven experience in managing full debtors functions with high accuracy and control over customer accounts
Strong ability in invoice processing, allocations, cash postings, reconciliations, and maintenance of debtor ledgers
Proven track record in reducing debtor days through consistent follow-up on overdue accounts and structured collections
Ability to manage telephonic and email collections professionally, improving cash flow and payment compliance
Skilled in resolving customer queries, disputes, and account discrepancies with effective problem-solving ability
Solid understanding and application of credit control processes, including credit limit reviews and credit application support
Experience in negotiating payment arrangements and managing escalation of high-risk accounts in line with policy
Ability to prepare accurate debtor reports, assist with month-end processes, audits, and financial reconciliations
Proven experience in managing customer portals submissions and resolving rejections
Strong proficiency in maintaining compliance with deadlines, payment terms, and customer-specific billing requirements
