My client in JETPARK is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AR Debtors Clerk / Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debtors, be comfortable working on accounting systems, and have a proven track record in managing accounts receivable functions efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Debtors / Accounts Receivable role
Solid experience working on an accounting system (any system – not industry-specific)
Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
No tertiary qualification required

Key Responsibilities:

Collection of outstanding customer payments
Full debtors ledger reconciliations
Account payment reconciliations and reporting
Invoicing as required
Managing and maintaining aging reports
Resolving account queries efficiently

Key Attributes:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Well-organised and able to work independently
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Additional Information:

Experience across various industries will be advantageous
