Purpose of Role:

Supporting role to the IMS department within the Quality Assurance function.
Establishing an integrated management function within ambits of the SharePoint management system.
Conduct work activities in a professional manner that reflects positively on the image of the company, and conforms to current Health and Safety legislation, upholding company Health and Safety Policy.

 
Brief Description of the Position:

Implementation and maintaining of ISO 9001/14001/45001 system; Internal Auditing of processes and procedures
Sub-contractor auditing and evaluating performance; Compiling procedures and work instructions
Delivering training presentations relating to IMS to company employees; Establishing training procedures relating to SharePoint
Analysis of SAP notifications (X1/AX2/X3/X6) and implementing corrective measures
Compile quality/ safety/ environmental reports
Ensuring that all latest IMS information is available on SharePoint; Preparing and analyzing information for management review
Monitor and develop CIP processes and follow up with relevant departments
Ensure timeous closure of concessions; Assisting safety officer compiling site safety files
Comply with and enforce all company  policies and procedures
Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
