ERP ANALYST: PLANT MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

BASIC SALARY: R415 782 PER ANNUM ● REF NO: CS 67/26 ● CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN

Requirements:    

• Minimum relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree
• Minimum two (2) years’ relevant experience in providing and supporting SAP functions
• Relevant working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and / or knowledge of maintenance business processes would be advantageous.

Plant Maintenance

• Relevant working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and / or knowledge of maintenance business processes would be advantageous.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Relevant working knowledge of SAP CRM and / or knowledge of maintenance business processes would be advantageous.

Key performance areas:  

• Assist with identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems within own area of responsibility
• Maintain effective internal/external client/user relationships
• Execute unit testing and string testing and business scenario testing solutions
• Provide user support including dealing with Helpdesk issues as required
• Assist with preparation of training and business requirements documentation.
