My client in Germiston is looking for 2 Press Operators/ General Workers to join their team. Press Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of excentric presses to produce parts and other products according to the order specifications. The candidate must be able to ensure the accuracy of the product. The candidate must also be willing and available to assist where the Production Manager may require their services.

Minimum requirements:

Senior certificate or equivalent
Able to use general tools (hand and power tools)
Operate and monitor press and other machinery to produce parts and products according to customer and company specifications
Perform regular cleaning of machinery and work space
Ensure accuracy of the product
Use of general hand tools, i.e., spanners, etc. and power tools, i.e., power drill, etc.
Assembly of manufactured products e.g. trollies, etc.
Housekeeping, i.e., cleaning, etc.
